Dispatch and delivery

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.

We have set up our postage charge system only to cover the cost of postage, no profit is made on postage charges.

Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, we aim to despatch all items paid for before 5pm on the same day.

Please check carefully the transit time of you chosen method of postage, there will often be more than one to choose from, typical delivery times:

Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-2 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-5 working days
Parcelforce 24/next day courier: 1 working days

Small items are delivered by Royal Mail as they offer the best value service on small packets, larger items are delivered via Parcelforce or a next day courier.

Same day delivery - Same day delivery is currently limited to address within the post codes DN31-DN41, inclusive, and is available on all items. Same day delivery orders will be delivered between 5pm and 9pm on the day of order. Same day delivery is available Monday - Friday.

Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for a refund of the cost of the item.

Reasonable postage costs will be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.

The buyer is responsible for packaging the item's in a suitable manner.

Goods are refunded within 30 days.
