Here we are in November, and men around the world, they are faced with an important choice: !Do I grow a moustache for this month?"

That's right, Movember is here!

Challenging men to grow moustaches in November to help raise awareness and raise funds for a variety of men's health issues for the last decade, it comes as no surprise that four million moustaches have grown worldwide.

Movember has already fundraised £346 million to date and helped more than 800 programmes in 21 countries. All this is helping to improve those affected by prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health issues.

How can you help?

Become a Mo Bro or Mo Sista – Sign up to take part in the 30 day moustache growing experience and get people talking about Men's health with your little icebreaker. Even women can get involved too!

Donate to the Mo Bros – If you're not taking part in the moustache growing, be a part of Movember by donating to those who are committing themselves to changing their face in the name of men's health.

Get conversations going – Wherever you are in the world or on social media, get talking about men's health using #Movember. With your moustache, you can use it to put a fun twist on serious issues to give men the opportunity and confidence to talk about their health.

Win a Philips Shaver!

As we all love photos that can get people talking, we're helping to promote the #Movember cause by giving you a chance to WIN a Philips Shaver to help you maintain and shape that fabled moustache!
